Section I of this 4-part course answers the question: How far does the agent’s responsibilities and/or liabilities go as regards the lease agreement? Followed in Section 2 by the legal mechanisms at work in a lease agreement and the laws governing it. In Section 3 the laws which impact on the lease and finally in Section 4, what options are available to an agent, and what actions to take (and not to take), in the event of breach of the agreement.
Hand-outs in this course include a working copy of a residential lease agreement and legal letters to use in case of breach.
